We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@prettyrue.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, neither you nor Pretty Rue can require the other to arbitrate.
