Shipping policy
Below you will find important information about our shipping process and costs. We aim to make your ordering and delivery experience as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
Once an order is placed, we typically take 1–3 business days to process it. Orders placed on a weekday are usually processed within one to two business days, but orders placed on a Friday evening, over the weekend, or on a US holiday will begin processing the next business day.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. In total, most orders arrive within about two weeks of being placed. Please note that external factors (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak holiday periods) can occasionally extend this timeframe, and deliveries to more remote ZIP codes may take a little longer. We do our best to ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center, and final delivery is handled by USPS or another major US carrier. All orders receive a tracking number once dispatched.
3. SHIPPING COSTS & DUTIES
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are as follows:
- $5.95 for orders under $75
- FREE shipping on orders of $75 and above
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
All applicable import duties are prepaid by us — you will never receive a surprise customs bill on delivery, and the price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
When you find a product you wish to purchase, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, please enter your correct shipping address to avoid any delays. Your shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently support Shopify Payments, allowing you to use:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
All payments are processed via SSL-encrypted connections, ensuring a secure checkout.
6. ORDER DISPATCH & TRACKING
We strive to dispatch orders as soon as they are processed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
